Our Customer has an attempt to reduce business expenses, more optimize of their workforce & monitoring the real time status of various manufacturing units as there was a need to manage manufacturing outputs and the manual process itself, and this is where businesses needed skilled workers to set real time jobs. As frequent revisions the norm in job monitoring life cycle was complex due to multiple stakeholder review, version control was the absolute need and greatest challenge.

This is where we came in. By assisting the customer by building a platform for manufacturing unit sustenance,upgrade/ migration and also by setting by center of excellence team to build a web application and a native mobile application to create and manage jobs.
